Night in the Cells Fundraiser

The Lady Mayoress organised a Night in the Cells fundraiser, using the old cells at Roath Police station which raised funds and awareness for The Forget Me Not Chorus and The Rescue Hotel for Dogs.

Thank you so much to all the inmates, including Supt Martyn Stone, who agreed to spend the night locked up!

Thanks also to ApexSprinklersLtd & Care UK (Llys Cyncoed) who helped to increase the amount raised with their sponsorship of this event. And to South Wales Police for providing the venue.

Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves despite the challenge of being locked up and they have raised over £3,600 with more still coming in. Absolutely amazing!
