CLLR. ED STUBBS IS RUNNING THE CARDIFF HALF MARATHON
I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for the Lord Mayor's charities – the Forget Me Not Chorus and the Rescue Hotel.
The Forget Me Not Chorus is close to my heart. They use the joy of singing to enrich the lives of people diagnosed with dementia. In 2018, I lost both my parents to dementia within a couple of weeks of each other. Mum had vascular dementia and dad suspected frontal lobe dementia.
I know the difference music can make for that moment, giving patients something really special back. Please support if you can.
