It was an honour for the Lady Mayoress Jayne Cowan and the Lord Mayor Adrian Robson to welcome His Excellency General Cheikh Wade, his wife and staff from The Embassy UK. to the Mansion House today.


Adrian was pleased to chat about Cardiff and learn more about Senegal. They also discussed the recent England-Senegal football match result! His Excellency generously presented Adrian with a handcrafted metal sculpture of an African queen.
